Established in 2009 alongside the development of WTC Batanghari Mall, Wiltop Hotel Jambi began with 35 rooms, offering comfortable stays for both business and leisure travelers. As the hotel grew, expansions in 2011 and 2012 increased the capacity to 80 rooms, along with the introduction of new room types.

Today, with a total of 82 rooms—including Executive Superior, Executive Deluxe, Grand Deluxe, Executive Suite, and the exclusive Wiltop Suite—Wiltop Hotel continues to evolve.
