In 2019, a new chapter began. We transformed not only our space, but the way we welcome you. Our lobby was moved to the ground floor, now seamlessly connected to the South Lobby of WTC Batanghari Mall—making every arrival easier, warmer, and more inviting than ever before.
Since then, we have continued to evolve—renovating, refining, and reimagining every detail. From expanding our rooms to enhancing our facilities and service, every change we make is guided by one purpose: to serve you better.
